Request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR)

I am requesting the following environmental information relating to a named Cornwall beach:

1. The dates, start and end times, and durations of all storm overflow / combined sewer overflow (CSO) discharges from the asset(s) serving a named Cornwall beach for the period 1 January 2024 to 2026-06-29.
2. The Event Duration Monitoring (EDM) data and any spill-counting methodology applied to those assets.
3. Any modelled or measured volumes for those discharges, where held.
4. Records of any monitor outages or data gaps for those assets over the same period.
5. Any correspondence or assessments regarding the impact of these discharges on the designated bathing water.

Please provide the information electronically (CSV or spreadsheet preferred). If any part is withheld, please cite the specific EIR exception and provide a public-interest assessment.
